From the moment I totally committed to a natural holistic life, I thought, I would love to create an event where likeminded people could gather and learn from one another. I have created events for The Emotion Code and The Body Code with Bradley Nelson, DC. When Brian Clement, PhD, said that if I created the event, he would speak, then, I knew the vision would materialize! With EXCITEMENT, I look forward to sharing what is being birthed… the I AM the SOLUTION Natural Health Summit!!!
As you know, I just hosted The Body Code workshop with Dr. Bradley Nelson. It was truly amazing! Anyway, after the event I took some time off to rest. Even though I rested, it just did not seem like enough. What do you do when you have placed a lot of energy into a project, family, work, person, or event? I will share tips on how to replenish our spirit, mind, and body.
I have learned that everything has a purpose, even if at the time I cannot see it. There are times when our perspective can cloud the way we view the craziness of our lives and this world. Ultimately, it requires us to look beyond ourselves, and meditate on a peaceful outcome. Jason Stephenson of Jason Stephenson Meditations will share how meditation can not only help us, but it can also become a way of life.
I am blown away every time I think about how powerful we truly are. Sometimes I wonder if our limiting beliefs have been planted to keep us small and hopeless. What if we could do greater things than we think possible? What are your limiting beliefs about your skills, talents, and finances? Each one of us has incredible powers… I will share how we can tap into the power within.
Imagining the loss of a loved one is not a welcome thought in the mind of most of us. Having to actually deal with that loss does not even come close to the emotions we thought we would have. Stand-up comedian and author, Kelley Lynn, suddenly became widowed at 46 years of age, when her husband died of cardiac arrest. Kelley will share the brutally awful, hilarious truth about life, love, grief, and loss, so that we can learn how to change our conversation about death and embrace the grieving process.
When we hold on to past traumas, even when we ignore them and act as they never happened, it affects how we view others, our circumstances, and the world. How many times have you thought, “I’ve dealt with that?” only to later find out that it is also affecting your health. Recall Healing expert Michelle LaMasa-Dawson, PhD, has helped many dive into what could be causing their dis-ease. She will share how Mold & Metals Affect Our Emotions.
Sometimes, it does not matter what we do or how we do it. What matters most is how we pick ourselves up when things fall apart. Last week was filled with gifts and lessons. I will share how being in the flow allowed me and our team to get over multiple hurdles. I will share how we normally focus on all the distractions instead of shifting to just roll with the flow and get things done!
Even though we do not know the day or the hour of Jesus’s return, the research of Lorraine Day, M.D. in the bible, has shown her that the time is near. Fortunately for us, my favorite “eye poker” is generous with sharing her research. Dr. Day is back. She will share when she believes this glorious event will happen and tell us about her latest book, “When is Jesus Coming?”
~ Since 2013, orthomolecular scientist, Andrew Saul, PhD, of Food Matters, has been a great teacher in the classroom. Because of him, I am no longer taking heavy duty asthma medications using vitamin C instead. I am most grateful to him. Now, Dr. Saul is retiring from teaching about the importance of supplements. But he is not retiring from his mission and passion, to bring people closer to God! Dr. Saul is back to teach us how we can unite spiritually, in such a divided world.
To quote Eckhart Tolley… “What we resist, persists.” How many times do we resist what is happening in our lives? Would it be easier to give in, comply, or give up? How much time do we waste complaining about our circumstances? Recall Healing expert Michelle LaMasa-Dawson, PhD, has helped many dive into what could be causing their dis-ease. She will share what can happen to our body when we are in resistance.
Why is it that some people are afraid to look within themselves? Do you ever think of your childhood, goals, or past failures? How do you deal with the unwanted thoughts of the past or fear about the future? I AM the SOLUTION virtual weekend workshop & Continuing Education for the Soul, on August 26 - 28, 2022, is a safe place to unwrap, discover, and embrace every aspect of who we are. I will discuss with Robert McDermott and Karen Fournier, how they responded to personal growth and how it has changed their lives.
I truly believe people repeat the latest media programming campaign without doing research or verifying information, even when it doesn’t make sense. I have seen the division regarding the importance of life, and I am grateful to those who fight for the unborn and vulnerable. Christina Bennett of Live Action would have been considered unwanted, inconvenient, and disposable. But because her brave mother ignored her boyfriend’s wishes; Christina’s life was spared. Today, Christina helps people learn what happens when a life is devalued and terminated. Christina will share how we can see the true value of life.
Today’s class took on a different theme when our scheduled teacher was not able to join us. What do you do when your plans do not work out the way you expected? We can get frustrated or we can go with the flow. So, instead of panicking, I allowed the flow of the moment to guide me. I shared the importance of practicing self-care, while going with the flow, in spirit, mind, and body.
One of the reasons my mentor, and favorite “eye poker,” Lorraine Day, M.D, became an orthopedic trauma surgeon, was to help people get better from their injuries. But as her patients got better, and they received less attention from their family and friends, the patient relapsed. Could the relapse come from lack of emotional support or a past trauma? How important are our emotions when it comes to our health journey? Dr. Day and I will discuss the importance of acceptance and forgiveness.
Many of us have raised our children and now see what we could have done differently. But for those of you who are actively parenting, how will your parenting affect your children? Career educator, Matt Beaudreau, has made it his mission to meet children where they are and encourage their unique creativity and passion. He believes that when a child graduates from high school she or he should be ready to not just take or pass a test, rather, be able to make responsible decisions for their life. Matt will share how to raise kind, loving, and empowered humans so that they become whole adults.
Birth guide, photographer, and doula, Eyla Cuenca has seen the birth process through many perspectives. She has lived and traveled throughout the United States and in several countries. She has accumulated knowledge and expertise in her field spanning more than a decade. Her work strives to connect women, parents, and children through the scope of conception, birth, and parenting. But what happens when a mother loses a child? How does that loss affect her, her partner, and her family? Eyla will share the importance of grieving the loss in our womb.
With all the chaos and hate in the world, we need a change of perspective through the eyes of love! If you have ever experienced pain, disappointment, or loss and you have wanted to shut down your ability to reconcile or move on, it is time to shift your perspective about the miracles in your life. Author, Master Teacher, and world-renowned expert on a Course in Miracles, Carol Howe, will teach us how to transform conflict with love.
Have you ever wanted to repair an important relationship or make it better? So many times, minor disagreements, lack of communication, or misunderstandings, leave our relationships feeling too distant. They say that it takes two to make a relationship work. But what if the other person has no interest in improving the relationship or is ready to walk away. I will share how you can reconcile and seek forgiveness, even if it’s only within yourself. Regardless of what the other person chooses to do, it all leads to personal growth.
I do not know why, but every year since 2011 change happens for The Classroom… This year is No Exception! Once again, it’s our AnniBirthary and change has happened! The way I deal with change is to curiously step into it. Change can be different and new, but it can create opportunity. We will discuss how to accept change and embrace loss, growth, and a new vision. How do you deal with change?
Have you ever heard of the word bushcraft? Bushcraft is the use and practice of skills to survive and thrive in a natural environment where we acquire and develop knowledge and understanding. Paul Kirtley started learning these skills as a hobby but then found his passion. He has been a full-time professional outdoor skills instructor since 2005 and now teaches thousands around the world. Paul will teach us how to love the outdoors, be safe, and thrive in nature.
The spirit of curiosity will always unite everyone who wants to learn, no matter the topic. Even if we do not see eye to eye, learning another perspective helps us make better decisions when doing our research. I have been curious as to why there is division about the earth being flat or a sphere. For years I have been reaching out to experts who would be able explain the flat earth theory. We finally heard back. Flat earth expert, David Weiss, will share why there is so much controversy about this topic and how we need to learn why we are being kept from these truths.
Margaret Paul, Ph.D., is a relationship expert, best-selling author, and co-creator of the powerful Inner Bonding® healing process. Margaret has been featured on Oprah and has helped many worldwide. My mentor and favorite “eye poker,” Lorraine Day, M.D, has no problem sharing her years of research, even if it goes against what popular science wants us to believe. Dr. Day has also taught us about the inconsistencies in the Bible and how Christianity has been combined with paganism. Because of these inconsistencies, we have developed a belief system about Jesus that may not be factual. As we prepare for Passover and Easter, Dr. Day will share the real story of Jesus.
What would you do to protect your children or grandchildren? What would you do to protect someone else’s children and grandchildren? These are questions Leila Centner, co-founder of the Centner Academy asks daily. Centner Academy is a progressive independent school that combines a deep commitment to emotional intelligence, creative problem solving and mindfulness with a challenging curriculum. Not long-ago Leila came under fire when she refused to mask her students and push the germ theory narrative. Leila will share why she made her decision and how taking a stand has helped the academy and students grow in many ways.
How do you deal with the haters and critics in your life? Do you fight back? Do you feel the need to explain or convince the other person how you are right? Do you ignore, run away, or hold a grudge? How we respond when we face conflict can determine our state of mind and ultimately our health. I will share tips in dealing with conflict and how to release it so it does not affect our health.
