As we move into the holiday season, many of us feel pressure to do more, give more, and be more. What if this year we focus instead on being present with childlike curiosity? Over the years, I’ve loved watching our grandchildren during the holidays. I often wonder how they are experiencing these moments and what priorities might look like through their eyes. Childlike curiosity softens stress, invites joy, and deepens our connections with loved ones. It can help us savor moments we might otherwise rush through. Imagine how your priorities might shift if you approached this season with the wonder of a child. I will share simple suggestions to reconnect with curiosity, practice gratitude, and embrace the kind of joy that can transform the season from overwhelming to uplifting.
Homelessness is not just a lack of housing. It's often a crisis of confidence, support, and an opportunity. New Life Mission provides a path forward for women and children by offering education such as life skills training and financial literacy along with counseling and safe transitional housing. Director of Development, Staci Donovan shares how their mission empowers women to break generational cycles and reclaim their lives with courage and possibility. Through compassion, community, and practical tools, New Life Mission helps women move from simply surviving… to truly thriving. It is a reminder that healing and hope are always possible when someone believes in us.
Fear is a natural part of growth. But it doesn’t have to be the voice that guides our choices. Each time we say “yes” to something new such as a change in mindset, a healing journey, or a deeper purpose, we step closer to our authentic selves. I’ve learned that when we shift our focus from fear to faith, possibilities expand and transformation begins. This message is close to my heart, especially as we prepare for the I AM the SOLUTION Natural Health Summit for Cancer & Autoimmune Dys-Ease on November 1, 2025. If I were to let fear guide me, we would not be climbing The Summit together, or meeting amazing teachers that will empower us to live our best life or meeting likeminded people in our community. I will share how to make your “YES!” greater than your fear and create the healthy life you were meant to live... It's time!

Creating the health you want starts with understanding that every choice has an impact, from what we eat and how we move, to the way we think and manage stress. When we think of health, we often hear “you’ve got to die from something anyway!” Yes, we will all die someday. But how do we want to live while on this earth? Our mindset, self-awareness, and intentional daily habits can help us take charge of our well-being, boost energy, and enhance resilience. This requires a willingness to dive deeper into our belief system. What we believe is what we create. I will share strategies for navigating obstacles, making sustainable changes, and embracing a proactive approach to health. These will help build a foundation for long-term vitality and balance.

Have you ever paused to question whether the "truths" you've accepted might not be true? There is a part of me that believes that people would rather be right about their beliefs than discover the truth. When I was younger, whoever spoke the loudest in my family was the rightest! I would like to challenge all of us to examine the beliefs, narratives, and assumptions that shaped our reality. Sometimes the greatest obstacle to growth and healing is the untruth we’ve unknowingly embraced as fact. I will share how we can reclaim our mind, awaken our spirit, and break free from limiting thoughts that no longer serve us. I will also invite you to join us for the I AM the SOLUTION, Natural Health Summit for Cancer & Autoimmune Dys-Ease!
I’ve always believed that we are exactly where we need to be. Meeting Linda Bamber-Olson of WAVwatch, reaffirmed the power of staying curious and open to new healing modalities. While attending The Beljanski Cancer Conference, I discovered WAVwatch, a unique watch that uses healing sound frequencies without relying on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or emitting harmful EMFs. Linda introduced me to their innovative technology. After trying the WAVwatch that very night, I experienced such a deep, restful sleep that I knew I had to learn more. I used the WAVwatch that weekend to help with exhaustion and mental clarity. Since April 26, 2025, I’ve worn the WAVwatch daily, removing it only so that it can charge. Linda will share how this revolutionary device is helping people restore their bodies, one frequency at a time!
With so much chaos and division in the world, it's time for a shift in perspective. Our perspective must be rooted in love. Have you ever felt the pain of conditional love, where a relationship hinges on agreeing with someone else's beliefs, even when they conflict with your own? This can create fear, self-doubt, and an unhealthy dynamic. Renowned Course in Miracles, teacher, author, and master educator, Carol Howe, will share how to break free from mental manipulation, gaslighting, and indoctrination, and return to the truth of who we are.
I cannot believe it… it has been 14 years since I started the radio show, now affectionally called, The Classroom! I remember my first broadcast as if it were yesterday. My children and Robert were listening to me on the radio, while at the beach. Did I mention we were on vacation? I took time out of my vacation to start a show that would not just change my life, it also saved me. In fact, the woman I was back then, would have made fun of the woman I am today. Even with all the questioning, ridicule, and dismissing, I am beyond grateful for the 14 years of gifts and lessons. I will share some key lessons that have made me the curious student I am today.
As a Certified Life Coach, I often hear people say their lives would be better if only they had grown up in a more loving home. They blame their parents, siblings, partners, or even their bosses for not encouraging them to be bolder, smarter, or wiser. They feel as if life dealt them the wrong deck of cards, leaving them stuck in a cycle of limitations. Have you ever felt cursed to live a life that falls short of your dreams? Do you struggle to see your own value? Do you wonder how different your life could be if only the people around you had treated you better? I will share how to break free from blame, shift your perspective, and start building the life you truly deserve, regardless of your past or present circumstances.
I know the importance of meditation and the effects it has on our body. It takes a lot of discipline to sit and practice this ancient ritual. There are many forms of meditation but which is the one that connects most with you. It has been a while since Jason Stephenson of Jason Stephenson Meditations has been in The Classroom. I am so grateful he is back! Jason will help us discover the healing power of sound and how to embrace the meditation that is best for you.
I never allowed my children to use the word “HATE.” I never thought I would say this, but it seems like hate has replaced common sense. A difference of perspective is breaking up friendships and families. Stories are distorted and truth has become political. Although in many ways the world has united, it stands very divided. But why? Why are our opinions taken so personally? Why would anyone stop loving or communicating with someone just because of a difference in politics, lifestyle, or religion? I will explore why this division is happening. I will share how when we choose LOVE over FEAR we can accept others for who we are and eliminate HATE.
Do certain simple situations, people, places, or things bother you more than you think is normal. Even when you are not paying attention, a word, a sound, or a song, can evoke anger, frustration, short temperedness, and can make you confused or sad. Consciously, there is no real reason why this reaction is felt. Could there be something underneath driving your emotions? Do you ever wonder why you feel the way you do? Could there be something trapped inside that you do not remember? Recall Healing and Mindbody medicine expert Michelle LaMasa-Dawson, PhD, knows how trapped emotions can change our lives, even when these memories are suppressed. Dr. Michelle will share how we can find freedom by discovering forgotten wounds.
What is the difference between the end of December 2024 and the beginning of January 2025? Anyone… anyone… Buhler? Answer: Perspective! The way we relate to the new and to starting over. Somehow that shift from one year to the next will make the past disappear and the future change miraculously. But what if the old year is meant to teach us beautiful gifts and lessons for the new year in our lives? It is so important that we take the time to reflect on what we want, instead of what we don’t want. In this last class for 2024, I will share how to look at the old with a set of new eyes.
Just recently I gave a talk to a group who wanted to learn more about holistic alternatives to treating the body that has cancer or other diseases. As I was preparing for the talk it dawned on me, that after all these years in The Classroom, people still want to have a list of things they can do to fix the body. But what if the body is not broken? What if it is not the body that needs fixing? I will share the importance of accepting the past, embracing our present, and loving ourselves to heal.
With all the chaos and hate in the world, we need a change of perspective through the eyes of love! If you have ever experienced pain, disappointment, or loss, and you have shut down your ability to accept, forgive, or move on, you may be finding anger raging within yourself. When this happens, you might develop behaviors that will ultimately hurt you in achieving your goals. It is time to shift your perspective about how these behaviors affect your life. Author, Master Teacher, and world-renowned expert on a Course in Miracles, Carol Howe, will teach us tips on ending self-sabotage and abuse!
Why is it that everyone becomes “a saint” after they take their final breath? For many years people might hold a grudge and stop all communications with another person. When tragedy hits, all of a sudden whatever the grudge was about, it does not exist anymore. After someone is gone, it is too late to reconcile. So, I ask, what is so important about that argument, misunderstanding, disappointment, judgement, feeling, or whatever has kept you from a loving relationship with another person? Perhaps, it is not the other person… Perhaps it is us. We may need to learn how to accept others for who they are without excommunicating them. I will share tips on how to forgive and love UNconditionally.
There are times in our lives when we throw caution to the wind. There are other times we play it safe. As we get older, it seems we get stuck playing it safe. That safety becomes such a priority, we stop living life to the fullest. Just recently my father, Jose Enrique Medina, took his final breath. This extraordinary event was totally outside of my comfort zone. But the blessings and miracles experienced reminded me that life begins outside my comfort zone. Are you feeling stuck? I will share how to step out of comfort and into life.
How do you know you are ready to become a caregiver? How long are you willing to take on the caregiving role? For many of us, becoming a caregiver can happen unexpectantly, without warning. We find ourselves in a role and we have no idea how it will affect us. Caregiving expert, advocate, author, and speaker Pamela D Wilson, MS, BS-BA, NCG, CSA, knew from an early age she possessed a love and passion for the elderly. And when this passion took a personal turn towards loss, Pamela brought her passion to those she loved the most, her parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Pamela will share the caregiver’s journey and how we can prepare for this volunteer job that can lead to deeper love, higher stress, and feelings of being taken for granted.
