We just celebrated a holiday that focused on giving thanks. After Thanksgiving, different denominations, faiths, and cultures celebrate their winter holidays. But when you have suffered a loss, family gatherings can create great sadness as you realize that someone who died will not be at the celebration. Celebrations are an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and rejoice. But how can we do that when the person we love is no longer on this earth. I will share how to embrace and deal with the loss of our loved ones during the holidays.
