Staying at home and not being social may be taking its toll on us. I have been told by many that they have not worn makeup or even bathed regularly since they started the quarantine. Well, it is time to get out of our chrysalis phase! Rebecca Black & Kelli Bono, co-founders of Keep Me Safe Organics, have made it their mission to not only create toxin free beauty products but to develop makeup that will make us feel beautiful. Even people who resist wearing makeup love how they feel after they have been transformed into a butterfly. Kelli and Rebecca will share why Keep Me Safe Organics is changing a million lives, one person at a time.

It has been a while since Orly Wahba has been in the classroom. I am truly excited to reconnect with her. Orly was the director of the Kindness Boomerang viral video, the creator of Dance for Kindness, and the founder of Life Vest Inside. As we continue “social distancing,” many are feeling isolated and alone. Orly will share tips on how to choose kindness in a fear-ridden world.

We continue to be in quarantine for COVID-19 and are focused on counting all those who are infected or who have died. Although every life is sacred, we need to wake up to the fact that more people die of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and strokes, than COVID-19. World renowned, New York Times bestselling author, Joel Fuhrman, MD, is passionate about using food as medicine. He will share what we can do to be as vigilant about lifestyle diseases as we are about the coronavirus.

When Board Certified Heath Coach and CEO of Live Longer Medical, Lisa Guyer is in the classroom, we always enjoy our conversations and learn so much! Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Eight Days ago, I celebrated my 48th birthday on the first broadcast of The Lillian McDermott Radio Show… The woman who began this journey is not the same curious student who sits in the classroom today. When I state, “This classroom has saved me,” I am being completely truthful! Although aging has taken its natural toll, sometimes I cannot recognize the woman I was nine years ago. On this day, I will share my greatest awakening moments in the classroom. (If you have had any awakenings or transformations because of the teachers in the classroom, I would love to hear from you as well.)

Once I heard teacher, author, and speaker, Robert Rountree, MD, say, “Hello Class!” I knew that whatever he said after that, would cause me to grow. One could say, he truly had me at “Hello!” Dr. Rountree has been providing a unique combination of traditional family medicine, nutrition, medical herbology, and mind-body, since 1983. He will share why most people do not react to the coronavirus and what would cause another person, with the same toxic overload, to die.

As we have learned in the classroom, one size does not fit all. Unfortunately, many of us spend a lifetime trying to fit into someone else’s idea of health. I am so happy to share yet another way to choose health. Mark Simon is the founder and director of Nutritional Oncology Research Institute (NORI). He has made it his mission to look for alternative ways to return the body to optimum health. They say that it sometimes takes a tragedy to reveal our purpose and Mark is not an exception to this rule. I look forward to sharing Mark’s story and mission. I am grateful to Mark for becoming a sponsor in the classroom!

May is Lyme Disease awareness month and I am truly excited that Lyme disease expert, Richard Horowitz, MD,, the author of “Why Can’t I Get Better,” and “How Can I Get Better?” is back in the classroom. Dr. Horowitz has helped many people who have Lyme. Lyme is considered “The great imitator” because it can mimic symptoms such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, MS, depression, anxiety, OCD, and psychosis. Dr. Horowitz will share why Lyme Disease continues to baffle the medical profession and what we can do to heal our own bodies.

Did you know that meditation supports a healthier mindset that helps us make better choices? Jason Stephenson has been involved in the meditation/relaxation music field for the past 16 years and he is a wonderful friend of the show. Jason has the best YouTube meditation channel with over a million subscribers. So now it is time to replenish our spirit and focus on how to remain peaceful in a world full of hate. I am grateful Jason will be leading the way.

In the classroom recently, we have discussed how to boost our immunity, replenish our spirit, and remove any fear about the coronavirus… But while in quarantine, have you made any time to declutter your surroundings? ClutterBug, and recovering super slob turned organizing expert, Cassandra Aarsen, has made it her mission to teach us that we are not messy or lazy, rather, each of us has a different style of organization. Cassandra will share how we can use our quarantine time to discover how to organize our home and our lives.

Dr. Judy Mikovits, author of The Plague, and Plague of Corruption, has been on a 35-year quest to understand and treat chronic diseases. She has developed purification methods for interferon alpha and was a researcher for the National Cancer Institute. While creating a vaccine to eradicate cancer, she discovered a retrovirus and published the detrimental side effects of vaccinations. We are now closer to the possibility of forced vaccinations… I wonder if there were a vaccine for COVID-19, would you get vaccinated? But before you answer that question, and potentially give up your freedom of choice, I asked Dr. Mikovits to share her scientific research and story of corruption, incarceration, and loss.
