I have always said that when you are a doctor, your friends call when they are sick for free medical advice. (I am sure many professionals can relate.) But when you ask life coach and author, Gary John Bishop anything, you better fasten your seatbelt because you are going to get Unfu*k Yourself: Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Life, Stop Doing That Sh*t: End Self-Sabotage and Demand Your Life Back and Do the Work: The Official Unrepentant, Ass-Kicking, No-Kidding, Change-Your-Life Sidekick to Unfu*k Yourself! Gulp… I am looking forward to our conversation!?!

Joining Cheryl will be Cancer Coach, and breast cancer thriver, Elyn Jacobs, to help us understand the importance of feeling whole after cancer.

Swiss psychiatrist, Carl Jung, MD, said, “Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves.” This quote and this awareness have allowed me to reflect on who I am and what is at the root of my belief or frustration. Many times, in social media I read accusations of others, when in fact the accusers are doing the same thing but have a different perspective. Why is it that we can see the flaws in others, but not ourselves? I will share how we can use Dr. Jung’s awareness as a mirror to see ourselves.

Three Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Eight Days ago, I celebrated my 48th birthday on the first broadcast of The Lillian McDermott Radio Show… The woman who began this journey is not the same curious student who sits in the classroom today.
