~ I have learned so much from the many great teachers we have had on the show. One lesson that came as a shock was the power of our mind and how our thoughts can affect the health of our Mind, Body and Spirit. Recently, I have been receiving emails and calls regarding disease and how it manifests in our body. As a result, I will share how to be aware of the voices in our head.

Even though my Florida Today article was published on 12-8-16, it is important that we continue to speak on the importance of working to improve your relationships with your spouses.
